This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We aim to collect only what's needed to run Interviewer.
What we collect
Account details from your sign-in provider (name, email), your interview preferences and content (answers, whiteboard sketches), generated reports and scores, and basic usage and billing records.
How we use it
To run interviews, generate your reports, track your progress, process payments, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data.
Processors
We rely on third-party providers to operate, including authentication (Google, LinkedIn), speech and AI model providers, and our payment processor (Razorpay). Their handling of data is governed by their own policies.
Retention
We keep your account and interview history while your account is active so you can review past sessions. You can request deletion of your account and associated data.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your data. Payment card details are entered directly in the processor's checkout — we never see or store them.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
