Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want you to be happy with your practice. This policy covers refunds for credit packs and subscriptions.
Credit packs
Unused credits within their validity period may be eligible for a refund if you reach out within 7 days of purchase. Credits that have been used or have expired are non-refundable.
Subscriptions
You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the current billing period. We don't pro-rate partial periods unless required by law.
Failed or duplicate charges
If you were charged in error or more than once for the same purchase, contact us and we'll refund the duplicate or incorrect charge.
How to request
Email us with your account email and the order details. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via our processor; timing depends on the processor and your bank.
