These terms govern your use of Interviewer, an AI-powered mock-interview practice service. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to them.
The service
Interviewer provides AI-generated practice interviews, whiteboarding, and evaluation reports for educational purposes. It is a practice tool and does not guarantee any interview outcome, job offer, or result.
Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
Credits and purchases
Interviews are consumed as credits. Packs and subscriptions are described on the pricing page, including validity periods. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. See the Refund Policy for cancellations and refunds.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no reverse engineering, automated scraping, reselling access, or attempts to disrupt or overload the platform.
Content
You retain your inputs (e.g. whiteboard sketches and answers). You grant us a limited licence to process them to operate the service and generate your reports.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
